- Usage Rules: You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Spamming commands, attempting to exploit the bot, or using it for malicious activities will result in a permanent ban.
- API Keys (BYOK): Masis operates on a "Bring Your Own Key" system. You are entirely responsible for the API keys you provide via the
/ai-apicommand. Do not share your keys with unauthorized parties. - Service Availability: Masis AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Masis AI prioritizes your privacy and data security. Here is how we handle your information:
- Military-Grade Encryption: All API keys provided by users are immediately encrypted using the Fernet (AES-128) algorithm before being stored in our database. We never store or access plain-text keys.
- Minimal Data Collection: To ensure proper functionality, we only store essential operational data: your Discord Server ID (Guild ID), your selected AI provider, and your language preference.
- Strict No-Logging Policy: We do NOT log, store, or monitor your prompts, questions, or generated responses. Your messages are sent directly and securely to the respective AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic) in real-time.
- Data Management: You maintain full control over your data. You can overwrite your API key or request data deletion at any time via bot commands or our support server.
